Currency trading, also known as foreign exchange or forex trading, can be risky. However, as a trader in the My Private Trade (MPT) community, how much risk you take on is strictly limited to how much money you have in your account – you cannot lose any more than that. The money you have on account is the money which you add to your account yourself and the money you earn by introducing new agents and traders.
Generally, MPT recommends that you only trade in currencies with money that you can afford to do without. Some traders are more successful than others; it’s as simple as that.
Currency trading is leveraged, which means that all market movements may affect your trading account quickly. This means that your profits and losses will build up rapidly, so you should regularly keep an eye on how the market is behaving. You may lose some or all of your initial funds on account, which means you would have to deposit additional funds to keep your positions open. If the amount of money in your account falls to zero, the system will close your positions automatically. To limit your risk and manage your money better, use the tools we have built into the trading platform, such as Min Exit and Max Exit.
There are risks associated with an online trading system. These include, but are not limited to, hardware failure, software failure, and internet connection failure. MPT is not responsible for communication failures or delays when trading via the internet. MPT employs back-up systems and contingency plans to minimize the possibility of system failures.
