03/10  (Belgium)

Good morning,

All currency pairs are going down.  So Sell is the word on all of them.

Today can be a very volatile day.   We have the Non-Farm Payrolls this afternoon, and the vote in Congres on the American plan to save the banks.  This can create opportunities for short term traders.

At the end of the week, most professional traders are looking to close their positions.  Proft taking can cause the currency pairs to go up.  So do your trendspotting before noon, if you want to play it safe.

Happy trading, and a good weekend

06/10  (Belgium)

Good morning,

The trend is still down, so I keep on selling all 4 currency pairs.

Happy trading

Re: 06/10  (N/A)

Hello Sven,

How do you set the max exit when the market is moving up and down rather much? I set the profit on 50 pips but I have a feeling that the max exit could be a bit higher otherwise the market will hit this level just once and the position will be closed.

Thanks in advance.

L.

Trading in the foreign exchange market involves risk, and you should only trade with money you can afford to put at risk. Your risk is strictly limited to how much you have in your account. Before deciding to invest in foreign exchange you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite.
